Mold

Japan KDA1 is selected as the die steel to make the mold. The good heat resistance and fatigue, softening, toughness and wear resistance of Japan KDA1 can ensure the service life of the mold.

Extrusion

It is equipped with 46 extrusion production lines of different sizes to provide customers with a wider selection of extrusion profile design sizes. Extrusion capacity from 600 to 5000 tons, can meet the design requirements of most aluminum extrusion products in the market.

Equipped with single and multistage aging furnace, automatic double traction machine, Quench system online, fully grasp the aging process of special alloys. By EMS to do the whole process of production monitoring, complete production data process records, fully control the quality and production management.
